Unfortunately, there are no locations that will guaranteed drop a suppressed weapon so there is no way to directly point you in a direction to get the guns you need. It isn’t hopeless, however, as during Sneak Week the regular variants of the sniper, pistol, and assault rifle have all been removed and replaced with the suppressed versions of the guns.
